How much is shipping?
Shipping is always FREE unless you expedite your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Kirkoria has partnered with LABL for orders that may be lost, stolen or damaged. This is an optional service provided to you while checking out. If you opted into this service and your order is lost, stolen or damaged you may submit a claim HERE. If yo did not opt into the LABL service you will need to file a claim through USPS directly.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I edit or cancel my order after its been placed?
If you notice something wrong with your order or it needs to be canceled, please use this form to contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We check our inbox regularly and should be able to get back to you quickly. https://kirkoria.com/pages/contact
How do I return my Kirkoria items?
Clothing can be exchanged for in-store credit or a different size dependent on the item. Clothing must be unworn/unwashed with tags intact and be requested for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Use this form to inquire about an exchange. https://kirkoria.com/pages/contact
All jewelry sales are final and we cannot accept returns. We are passionate in ensuring that our jewelry is high quality and sanitary. That being said, if you have had your piece for less than 30 days and it breaks, please reach out to us and we WILL be able to provide an exchange or in-store credit.
